StaffBright is seeking a U.S. Customs Specialist to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations for import and export activities, supporting on-time material movement. You will work with brokers, forwarders, carriers, and government agencies to minimize risk and maintain accurate documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in U.S. customs/trade compliance within automotive manufacturing, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Hybrid schedule with competitive benefits is provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of U.S. Customs and trade compliance experience within automotive manufacturing.
• Experience performing HTS classification and maintaining audit documentation.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import/export compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations for all import/export transactions.
• Perform and maintain HTS classifications with audit trails.
• Collaborate with brokers, forwarders, carriers, and government agencies for timely shipments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update processes accordingly.
• Maintain customs records and documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance audits and process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve customs-related issues and delays.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and Operations.
