Job summary

Radiant Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Woodridge, IL. The role combines in-office and remote elements, supporting shipments for Radiant’s network stations and clients.

You’ll ensure service quality, maintain relationships, and drive improvements across multiple offices and geographies. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, ideally in logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• CRM: serve as main contact for stations and customers with proactive communication.
• Shipment management: track shipments from start to finish and ensure accurate records.
• Problem resolution: address delays or issues promptly with updates to customers.
• Cross-team collaboration: work with operations, sales, and capacity teams.
• Conflict management: handle customer interactions diplomatically.
• Process improvement: identify and implement service improvements.
• Data management & reporting: use tools to monitor status and pricing.
• Strategic account planning: transition accounts and set expectations.
• Customer advocacy: represent customer interests across the organization.
