Job summary

Camp Fire First Texas is seeking a customer-focused Registration Coordinator to support families, campers and educators. The role blends in-person and remote work, requiring clear communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving questions about programs, registrations and payments.

You will collaborate with marketing, program and finance teams, ensuring accurate records, timely responses and a smooth enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years in customer service, registration, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Empathy, patience and sound judgment when assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, text and other channels.
• Guide families through the registration process and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records in systems.
• Handle payments, refunds, and client accounts per procedures.
• Support registration launches and seasonal transitions with teams.
