Job summary

Charter One is seeking a Registration Specialist to support enrollment, records compliance, and data reporting for multiple states from our Arizona corporate office. You will handle enrollment, waitlists, and lottery processes while ensuring timely, accurate records and responsive family communications.

Candidates should have CRM and Excel experience, superb customer service skills, and a proactive approach to data quality and stakeholder support across campuses in AZ, NC, and SC.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and Excel required.
• Strong customer service mindset and responsiveness.
• Ability to manage enrollment data and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enrollment systems and records across assigned schools/states.
• Manage enrollment, waitlist, and lottery processes.
• Ensure proper storage of active/inactive files and data retention compliance.
• Respond to staff and families within 24 hours with professional guidance.
• Translate FERPA and other compliance language as needed.
• Support outreach and communication with families throughout enrollment lifecycle.
