You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor health metrics, address risks, and foster lasting partnerships that improve retention and loyalty.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success, customer experience, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of customer success management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis to monitor health and satisfaction.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
