Cargomatic is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the entire Cargomatic network to ensure that all shipment operations run seamlessly.

We are looking for a creative and analytical problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of time management, organization, and exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or customer success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate issues.
• Customer-centric mindset with proven customer-support experience.
• Ability to learn new concepts, software, and logistics technologies.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for reporting and data management.
• Analytical problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across email, phone, and reporting channels.
• Execute day-to-day customer operations and adapt to new challenges as the business grows.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Carrier Operations to elevate the customer experience.
• Track, maintain, and improve weekly account data metrics and SLAs.
• Identify and champion new products, processes, and initiatives for growth and retention.
• Develop scalable SOPs to onboard offshore support staff and manage daily tasks.
