Job summary

Cargomatic is seeking a Customer Success Manager for drayage and supply chain to own a portfolio of real-time freight relationships. You will advocate for customers inside Cargomatic, drive tender growth, and coordinate with Operations, Analytics, Pricing, and Sales to ensure loads move as promised.

You will grow enterprise accounts, read tender data to spot trends early, and influence cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and expansion goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics or drayage account management or customer success.
• Track record of keeping enterprise or port-based accounts and growing them.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to negotiate to a result both sides can live with.
• Analytical eyes to read tender and volume data, see trends early and act on them.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of accounts and ensure quarterly tender allocations are met and expanded.
• Handle customer escalations end-to-end and restore trust when issues arise.
• Monitor customer health, tender counts and volume to preempt problems.
• Collaborate with Pricing to turn requests into fast, competitive answers.
• Coordinate with Operations so teams understand each account’s needs and SOP gaps.
• Translate data into insights for customer reports and leadership reviews.
• Lead business reviews with customers and drive expansion into new markets with Sales.
