Job summary

Treeline, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Engineer to act as a technical resource for enterprise clients after the sale. You will drive proactive client engagement, guide software implementation, and provide high-level technical resolution.

Responsibilities include onboarding, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to drive adoption, plus collaboration on knowledge-base content and improved onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in engineering, technical support, or technical consulting.
• Experience with pipeline, utilities, or heavy industry software preferred (SaaS exp a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead executive and engineering discussions.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to manage multiple client inquiries daily.
