Job summary

OpenAsset is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our global CS team in New York City. The role focuses on designing solutions, building integrations, and enabling long-term client success across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.

You will work with client data, templates (InDesign/Word), and APIs to drive value, collaborating with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to continuously improve the client journey.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical, client-facing role with a client-first mindset.
• Experience with scripting (Python or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and making API requests.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues across systems.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions, integrations, and automation to enable client success.
• Configure client environments, templates, data architecture, and integrations.
• Act as the technical point of contact in client calls and reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product and Engineering to align solutions with goals.
