Scientific Safety Alliance (SSA) in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support our Customer Success Managers and grow into a CSM role. This full-time, hybrid position values attention to detail and project coordination across reports, certifications, and client communications.

You'll manage certification tracking, maintain client records in HubSpot and NetSuite, and draft routine emails while learning our services and systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to explain technical or service offerings.
• Organizational and multi-account management skills.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Track certification reports from job completion to client delivery, and catch anything late or missing.
• File reports and certificates in client folders and customer portals (SharePoint).
• Keep client, site, and equipment records current in HubSpot, NetSuite, and our tracking spreadsheets.
• Build recertification lists and prepare jobs for scheduling.
• Draft routine client emails and pull together account data for meetings, quotes, and bids.
• Handle routine client requests, like report copies and scheduling confirmations, as you grow.
