Job summary

Merz Aesthetics is seeking a Customer Solutions Agent to deliver energetic, professional support to customers. You will handle inbound calls, process orders, and manage invoice and payment needs while promoting programs and products.

You will use SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud, and NICE inContact to enhance the customer journey. The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience and a commitment to accurate, compliant service in a hybrid work environment with in-office and work-from-home

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service function.

Responsibilities

• Handle a general queue of inbound phone calls, using probing questions and active listening to resolve issues.
• Process order requests and respond to status inquiries within defined timeframes.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and related account setup inquiries.
• Promote and offer marketing programs, services or products to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and adhere to SOPs.
