• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and follow up with internal research.
• Respond to inbound emails in the Customer Service inbox.
• Research problems for resolution by locating missing paperwork and matching paperwork to the appropriate load.
• Assist carriers with questions about payment status and portal login information.
• Assist customers with redirects and obtaining load documents and showing how to access information online.
• Work closely with the Billing Department to ensure timely invoicing and resolve unbilled or failed invoices.
• Participate in special projects and handle other assigned duties as required.
