You will work with the team to promote products and maintain strong customer relations, while following company policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or clerical experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes customer orders primarily via telephone, providing prompt courteous service.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
• Always promotes teamwork and positive local working environment.
• Responds to customers’ needs and complaints in a timely manner.
• Processes returns accurately, completely, and timely.
• Researches and responds to customer inquiries in regard to payments, statements, delinquencies, credits, etc.
• Obligated to keep confidential any information that pertain to customers and competitors.
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
• Develops own industry knowledge.
• Promotes the sale of non-glass accessory items.
• Actively participates in team meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by local management.
• Complies with all J SOX requirements.
