Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of Customer Service experience working with large orders.
• Experience with supply chain/logistics, order management and inventory levels.
• Must be at an intermediate level working in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Read correspondence from both internal and external sources.
• Monitor and report company fill rate performance to delivery schedules.
• Monitor and verify the status of customer orders.
• Prepare and deliver orders coverage, shipments, invoicing and reports.
• Arrange scheduling for vendors' production facility to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships by interfacing with customer staff.
• Process/fill orders and verify pricing and terms.
• Plan and document future inventory needs and ensure replenishment.
• Respond to customer inquiries for information and problem solving.
• Identify non-moving inventory items for disposal.
