You will join a small, family-run team with hybrid options, using ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office to manage inquiries, quotes, and scheduling while delivering a friendly, solution-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or office coordination.
• Excellent phone and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent computer skills with familiarity of AI and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• ServiceTitan experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and follow up on leads.
• Sell handyman services confidently by following our call blueprint.
• Coordinate projects by estimating job durations, reviewing details, and confirming with craftsmen.
• Optimizing craftsmen's schedules through ServiceTitan and keeping jobs organized.
• Support office operations, including documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with craftsmen and management to ensure clear communication and job success.
• Guide customers through their home repair needs, making sure they feel supported.
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
