Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or office coordination.

• ServiceTitan experience is required or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and follow up on leads, serving as the first point of contact.
• Sell handyman services confidently by communicating value and overcoming objections.
• Coordinate projects by estimating durations, reviewing details, and confirming with craftsmen.
• Optimize craftsmen schedules through ServiceTitan and keep jobs organized.
