Maumee River Roofing in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a versatile Customer & Operations Liaison for a brand-new hybrid in-office role. You will be the friendly face, manage data in our CRM, and assist production scheduling to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, has 1–2 years of office or customer service experience, and an associate degree is preferred. You will grow with us and directly impact customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Must-Haves: Highly proficient on a computer, easy to talk to on the phone, and willing to learn and grow within the company.
• Experience: 1–2 years of office, customer service, or administrative experience required.
• Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or related work experience preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems (experience with AccuLynx or BuildingConnected is a plus).
• Soft Skills: Outgoing, adaptable, and personable with excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and pivot quickly between tasks while upholding company CORE values.

Responsibilities

• First Impression Specialist: greet homeowners/visitors, answer calls, route to departments, schedule appointments, and draft the monthly newsletter.
• Data Administrator: liaison between Sales and Production, maintain CRM data, track documents, prepare invoices, pull permits, coordinate with municipalities.
• Production Assistant: aid in scheduling installs, communicate dates/times to homeowners, build labor tickets and material orders, ensure accurate job costs.
