Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with timely, professional inquiries and order support.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate order status, inventory, shipment updates, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with VOC feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage materials coordination including inventory, PO administration, and supplier communication.
• Monitor open orders and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in ERP system.
