Job summary

Maumee River Roofing is looking for a versatile Customer & Operations Liaison to join our hybrid in-office team. You’ll rotate across front office duties, data administration in the CRM, and production coordination to keep projects running smoothly.

The role requires 1–2 years of office or customer service experience, an associate degree preferred, and proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems. A collaborative, growth-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of office, customer service, or administrative experience required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or related work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems is expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail; able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face and voice of the company, greeting homeowners and visitors, answering calls, and routing inquiries.
• Maintain, update, and verify data in the CRM; support Sales to Production handoffs and invoicing.
• Schedule jobs, communicate dates/times to homeowners, and coordinate with Production for material orders and installations.
