Cencora is seeking a detail-focused Customer Operations professional to coordinate day-of service across channels in a hybrid role based in Cary, NC or Hyde Park, NY. You will support triage, first-line escalations, and cross-functional handoffs to meet throughput and quality targets.

You will maintain audit-ready records, drive improvements, and partner with operations, IT, and logistics to resolve interruptions while following SOPs and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, operations, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in account onboarding, procurement, service workflow coordination, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-of customer service operations across channels to meet targets.
• Support complex case triage and first-line escalations.
• Maintain audit-ready records and documentation accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to sequence work and align on timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by diagnosing recurring errors.
• Coordinate queue health and real-time rebalancing.
