Job summary

Ellsworth Corporation, a global distributor and manufacturer of adhesives, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sparks, NV. The hybrid role focuses on responsive order processing, quotes, and inquiries via chat, phone, web, and CRM systems, with collaboration across purchasing, shipping, and credit teams.

You will contribute to process improvements, handle escalations, and assist in training while upholding high service standards across our diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency required; associate degree preferred.
• Typing speed ~45 words per minute.
• Experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process requests via chat, phone, web or CRM for orders, quotes, inquiries, and RMAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, shipping, credit) for updates.
• Follow contract review/audit guidelines during order entry.
• Execute customer samples and order updates; handle escalations with first-contact resolution when possible.
• Identify potential issues in the customer journey and assist with training materials.
