Ellsworth Adhesives is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Sparks, NV. This hybrid role supports orders, quotes, product inquiries, and RMAs, coordinating with purchasing, shipping, and credit teams to keep customers informed.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of customer service, HS diploma (Associate degree preferred), and strong keyboarding and Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms and SharePoint/Teams is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional customer service experience.
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
Proficient keyboarding; ~45+ words per minute.
Experience with business tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows OS.
Excel skills (basic to intermediate).
Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and eCommerce sites.

Responsibilities

Processes incoming requests via chat, phone, web, or CRM for orders, quotes, product inquiries, expedites, and RMAs proficiently.
Works with purchasing, shipping and credit teams to provide timely customer updates.
Follows contract review/audit guidelines on order entry.
Executes customer sample requests and updates orders as needed.
Handles standard customer escalations with first contact resolution when possible.
Proactively identifies potential breakdowns in the customer experience and addresses shelf-life discrepancies.
Contributes to training materials and department initiatives.
Acts as escalation point for new hires and handles complex inquiries.
