Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience from order through shipment.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email; guide customers through ordering.
• Process purchase orders; prepare sales orders, invoices, and shipping docs.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, incl. hazardous materials.
• Work with customers to organize shipments across the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with third-party warehouses to coordinate fulfillment.
• Support sales by preparing customer quotes and resolving issues.
• Keep orders and documentation organized and moving forward.
