Job summary

Verizon is seeking future-focused interns to join a hybrid summer program. You’ll contribute to an AI-first ecosystem, gaining broad exposure across business units while working on a real project with tangible impact.

Ideal candidates are agile problem solvers who think in systems, leverage data, and navigate AI ethics with a customer-first lens. The role includes a 10-week schedule in a hybrid environment with relocation assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Open to a full-time, hybrid, 10-week internship from June to August 2027.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willing and able to travel and relocate if needed.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• You and your team will work on a real project in real time with meaningful business impact.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to design and deploy omnichannel solutions.
• Gather and interpret customer feedback and metrics to advocate for customer-first improvements.
