Job summary

Verizon in New Jersey is seeking a current college student for a 10-week hybrid internship focused on AI-first initiatives. You’ll gain broad exposure across our AI ecosystem and have mentors across multiple business units.

You’ll work on real projects, collaborating with product management, operations, and technology teams to design and deploy omnichannel solutions, while developing systems thinking and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at one of the specified universities with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and persuade across teams.
• Experience designing frictionless customer journeys or using data to improve experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real project in real time; impactful and timely work for the business.
• Collaborate with product management, operations, and technology teams to support omnichannel solutions.
• Gather and interpret customer feedback and metrics to advocate for customer-first enhancements.
