Qualifications

• Full-time, hybrid, 10-week internship from June 2027 to August 2027.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end customer journey friction analysis across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Partner with product management, operations, and technology to deploy omnichannel solutions.
• Gather and interpret customer feedback, behavioral data, and metrics to advocate for customer-first enhancements.
