Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active Life, Health and Variable Annuity License (2-15) required.
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent telephone skills for high-volume contacts.
• Must embody a professional, patient demeanor in a fast-paced customer service setting.
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Heavy phone use to answer customer inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Significant data entry and navigation within computer systems.
• Maintain and nurture positive customer relationships with professional service.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-focused approach to inquiries.
• Provide clear, concise ticket documentation and update internal databases.
• Keep knowledge of products and entitlement options up-to-date.
• Set expectations when issues cannot be resolved immediately and follow through to resolution.
