Job summary

Truvista, a rapidly growing telecom provider, seeks a Retail Customer Care Representative for its Winnsboro, SC store. The CCR acts as the frontline for customer sales support, handling billing, service changes, and retention activities with a strong focus on accurate cash handling and courteous service.

Responsibilities include face-to-face and phone interactions, processing payments, posting adjustments, and promoting Truvista services while maintaining store standards and customer trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Industry experience and sales experience are preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation, as travel to other retail locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly world class customer service to retail customers visiting the store.
• Accurately process cash and check payments for current and past-due bills while adhering to cash handling policy.
• Edit and post adjustments and corrections to customer billing or services ordered.
• Perform day-to-day retail operations, such as maintaining inventory levels and organizing displays.
• Recommend speed upgrades, add-on services, and features to existing customers.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, technical issues, and billing disputes with first-call resolution when possible.
