Health & Happiness Group is hiring a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department in a hybrid role based in Orlando. You will work on customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and chat, while supporting product guidance and issue resolution.

This full-time position pays $15.00–$17.00 per hour. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and excellent attention to detail, with a 3-day-per-week in-office schedule at our

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Proven ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, social media, and chat.
• Provide trends and concerns regarding products to Leadership.
• Updates documents for company tracking (i.e. excel, PPT, Sharepoint, etc.).
• Track and respond to customer concerns via Amazon.
• Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Find opportunities to recommend additional products to customers based on needs and past purchases.
• Contribute ideas on improving the customer experience!
• Maintain various spreadsheets, trackers and reports for marketing promotions and special projects
