Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is hiring a Customer Advocate in Tampa, FL. The role supports customers through the self-service portal, resolves account inquiries, and processes orders with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

Training begins in-office for 60 days, after which the position becomes hybrid with three remote days and two in-office days weekly. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills to manage pivot tables

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience required.
• Knowledge of GAAP and federal regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, and formulas).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the self-service portal ordering process.
• Answer inquiries about customers' accounts.
• Process orders, returns, and supplier-related actions.
• Index and image documents; manage imaging system.
• Coordinate with sales force and accounts receivable.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
