Job summary

SGS Technologie is seeking a Customer Accounts Associate to serve as the liaison between branches and the home office in a fast-paced call center environment.

You will review, update, and service accounts while enforcing firm policies and regulatory requirements, delivering superior service to Financial Advisors and clients. Hybrid work with on-site days in St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN, or Southfield, MI.

Qualifications

• MS Office Applications – Outlook, Word, Excel and basic computer literacy are required.
• 1–2 years of banking and/or customer service experience or college degree required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a call-center environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agent between Branches and the Home Office in a call center environment.
• Review, update, maintain, and service accounts while enforcing procedures, policies, regulations, and monitoring activity in accounts.
• Assist with year-end volumes including Money Movement requests and related items.
