Raymond James is seeking a Customer Account Associate for a dynamic call center role linking branch offices with the Home Office. You will review, update, and maintain client accounts, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards, while safeguarding client and advisor interests.

The position operates on a hybrid-friendly schedule with three in-office days per week at the Memphis, TN Corporate Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in accounting, business administration, or finance are preferred.
• General experience of 4 to 6 months in a related role is expected.
• Hybrid work environment with in-office days at the Memphis, TN Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with information requests and refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Answer calls and emails with basic inquiries; escalate as needed.
• Perform standard customer service tasks and handle simple inquiries.
• Enter and verify data in branch systems; maintain accuracy of records.
• Organize daily work schedule and adapt to changing priorities.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Participate in training and coaching to develop procedural skills.
