Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading 30+ engineers or more.
• Proven track record in scalable architectures and platform growth.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale engineering, architecture, and IT orgs.
• Oversee software architecture decisions and stack selection.
• Partner with CEO and exec team on product and business strategy.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and processes.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and infra investments.
• Drive cybersecurity strategy and data privacy/compliance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for business impact.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure strategy and system reliability.
• Represent technology to investors, partners, and customers.
