Job summary

MS Shift, Inc. seeks an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy and development in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The role focuses on driving innovation, overseeing product engineering, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

You will guide engineering, product, and IT teams, establish DevOps practices, manage budgets, and align technology initiatives with business goals while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or senior technical leadership role within a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of scaling SaaS platforms, implementing cloud-based solutions (Azure), and leading Agile development teams.
• Expertise in software architecture, microservices, APIs, and modern development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, balancing innovation with execution.
