HireLifeScience in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced CSR Associate II to deliver high-quality service for external and internal customers in a hybrid environment. You will support data management, process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and training activities to ensure operational efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service, SAP experience, and strong communication and data skills, with a focus on order processing, accuracy, and teamwork across remote and onsite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with SAP and online order management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across remote and onsite settings.
• Advanced PC skills: Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for designated accounts, handling orders, status updates, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely order entry, processing, and follow-through to meet customer expectations.
• Utilize SAP and Magento (or similar portals) to manage orders and assist vendors as needed.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and training materials for customer service systems.
• Coordinate with Master Data, Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance/Tax for material creation, pricing, invoicing, and data needs.
• Analyze sales and order data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with Order Entry Teams to maintain hybrid-workflow efficiency.
• Support process improvements and system upgrades as needed.
