Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Anniston, AL is hiring a full-time customer service representative to support our sales team and customers in a fast-paced environment. You will provide professional and timely service, answer inquiries, and help build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include processing quotes, orders, and returns; sourcing parts; assisting in sales generation; and helping in the stockroom as needed, including occasional vehicle deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Not eligible for relocation benefits and on-site position.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, quotes, orders, expediting/returns.
• Source parts and assist in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom as needed.
• Drive and deliver materials to customers where required.
• Perform warehouse duties and verify incoming materials.
