Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Kingsport, TN is hiring a full-time customer service representative to provide professional support to our sales team and customers. You will process inquiries, quotes, and orders while sourcing parts and helping generate sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role is on-site with target bonuses and opportunities for career growth within a leading industrial distributor. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• This position is on site and not eligible for relocation benefits.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship of work visas is not available.
