Jacobs is seeking a highly experienced CSA Construction Technical Services Specialist Lead for Baton Rouge/Louisiana data center projects. You will lead on-site technical activities, interpret engineering docs, and coordinate with home office and client teams to control changes.

You will drive a revision-controlled document workflow, mentor your team, and ensure compliant, safe, and high-quality execution across complex facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to read and understand Civil/Structural/Architectural drawings.
• Effective oral and written communication with teams and clients.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with home office engineering, outside firms and client representatives.
• Provide on-site technical support interpreting drawings, specs and documents.
• Engage in the permitting process with AHJs and track change management.
• Coordinate with Design-Build contractors as work moves to the field.
• Lead document management and revision control for key drawings and docs.
• Respond to specification deviations and NCRs with project-approved processes.
