Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil/Structural/Architectural engineering or 15–20 years in construction management for heavy-industrial facilities.
• Understanding of construction means, methods, codes, and standards.
• Experience interpreting home office engineering drawings for construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to read Civil/Structural/Architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of in-progress issues and coordinate with home office response.
• Liaise with home office engineering, outside firms, and client reps.
• Provide on-site technical support interpreting documents and drawings.
• Lead construction document management and revision control.
• Mentor team and ensure compliance with specs deviation processes.
