Job summary

TEKFORTUNE INC is seeking a lead cybersecurity engineer to own the CrowdStrike platform, including policy configuration, deployments and ongoing optimization. Hybrid role with multiple Illinois locations.

You will drive the rollout of CrowdStrike Guardian for DLP and AI protections, work with MSSP on co-managed environments, and ensure robust email security with Microsoft E5, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Audits, HIPAA/NIST, and incident investigations will be part of the discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with professional security certifications.
• Advanced, professional, or expert-level security certification preferred.
• 3+ years of mid-level cybersecurity experience at analyst or engineer level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer for CrowdStrike platform, owning protection policies, configuration and deployment.
• Lead rollout of Guardian for DLP and AI protections, including pilot activities with End-User Computing.
• Design, configure and tune CrowdStrike policies to align with security standards.
• Plan and execute deployments, rollouts and configuration changes enterprise-wide.
• Coordinate with MSSP for co-managed environment and review security alerts.
• Support enterprise email security with Microsoft E5 and ensure SPF, DKIM, DMARC are configured.
• Identify threats, conduct complex security incident reviews and support response.
• Architect and implement security technologies per leadership guidance.
