Job summary

True Zero Technologies LLC is seeking a Sr. CrowdStrike Engineer to lead deployment, planning, and on-site support for a distributed enterprise.

You will manage from initial engagement through installation and optimization while advising customers on best practices and value-added capabilities. Requirements include 3+ years of CrowdStrike implementation, a CS/IT/CE degree, and strong cross-platform knowledge (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of implementing CrowdStrike for diverse customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with CrowdStrike deployment.
• Install CrowdStrike software remotely and on-site.
• Develop deployment scripts and processes and plan deployment status.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and support vulnerability/asset management using CrowdStrike apps.
• Identify opportunities to expand CrowdStrike and related tooling to reduce enterprise risk.
