Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or CRM experience.
• Consulting or client-facing experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a customer-focused role.
• UK eligibility required; sponsorship not available.
• Hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Dundee two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and report on CRM campaigns for Optimove clients.
• Develop CRM strategies based on best practices.
• Build and modify email templates using a drag-and-drop editor.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on campaign performance, including segmentation and offers.
• Support client migrations and assist with project coordination and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
