Job summary

Optimove is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to implement, manage, and report on CRM campaigns for our clients. You will develop CRM strategies aligned with industry best practices and build email templates using drag-and-drop editors.

The role requires strong client-facing experience, excellent communication and Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or relevant CRM experience.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a customer-focused role.
• English proficiency (Spanish is a plus).
• Experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and report on CRM campaigns for Optimove clients.
• Develop CRM strategies based on industry best practices.
• Build and modify email templates using a drag and drop editor.
• Provide high-level analysis and recommendations on CRM campaign performance, including segmentation, content, and offers.
• Support client migrations and assist with project coordination and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
