Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.

• At least two years of Crisis Response field experience as a licensed clinician.

Responsibilities

• Responds to consultation calls from Clinicians to provide clinical guidance and oversight.
• Ensure crisis teams are staffed and on-call coverage is arranged for 24/7 operations.
• Review and sign off on crisis evaluation documentation and follow-up notes.
• Onboard, train, and mentor newly hired clinicians and shadow field staff.
• Lead evening staff meetings and weekly drop‑in case consultations as needed.
• Perform required trainings, QA processes, and maintain compliance with laws and policies.
