Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director – Corporate, Specialty and Government PM to manage a portfolio of commercial loans within the Corporate, Specialty and Government Banking division.

The role emphasises underwriting quality, portfolio monitoring, and administration in collaboration with internal partners. The position involves client calls, industry research, and potential training of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in underwriting or commercial banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex commercial loans in accordance with Huntington credit policies.
• Monitor a portfolio of commercial loans, identifying risks and maintaining accurate risk ratings.
• Portfolio administration including delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base and covenant compliance, product renewals.
• Attend client calls with Relationship Management and Bank partners as applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and conduct industry research.
• Assist with training and mentoring Analyst & Associate level colleagues.
• Review and negotiate credit documentation with legal counsel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
