Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an Associate - Corporate, Specialty and Government Banking PM - Licensed to support the CSG Credit Products team.

You will assist in underwriting loans, analyze financial statements, and contribute to portfolio management while collaborating with Relationship Management and Credit Administration. The role is development-focused, with exposure to credit policy, industry research, and various product partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in underwriting or commercial banking.
• FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses, or must obtain them within 4 months of hire via passing SIE/Series exams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial and business information to determine creditworthiness for loan and credit products.
• Complete financial spreads, risk rating, performance tearsheets, compliance testing, and other portfolio monitoring activities.
• Underwrite complex commercial loans in accordance with Huntington credit policies, including financial statement analysis and collateral analysis.
• Conduct industry and market research; distill key themes for presentation.
• More experienced associates may take direct portfolio management coverage responsibilities under supervision.
• Assist with training and mentoring Analyst-level colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
