Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Dallas, TX seeks an Associate Director – Corporate, Specialty and Government PM to manage a portfolio of commercial loans and ensure underwriting quality. You will collaborate with Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Capital Markets, Treasury Management and other product partners to optimize client relationships and portfolio performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 5–7 years of underwriting or commercial banking experience are required;

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex commercial loans per credit policies.
• Monitor a portfolio, identify risks, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Portfolio administration: delinquencies, collateral, covenants, renewals.
• Attend client calls with Relationship Management and Bank partners.
• Stay updated on market/industry trends and research accordingly.
• Assist with training Analyst & Associate colleagues.
• Review and negotiate credit documentation with legal counsel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
