Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the credit and collection staff.
• Oversee portfolio, ensure on-time payments and delinquency recovery.
• Build positive relationships with internal/external customers.
• Measure department performance with metrics.
• Communicate with Sales on complex receivable issues.
• Advise leadership on status, violations and recommendations.
