Job summary

Speedo, part of Pentland Brands, is seeking a Credit and Chargeback Analyst for North America to support the US and Canada markets. You will manage customer accounts, drive collections, assess credit risk, and resolve chargebacks to protect cash flow.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with Sales and external agencies, review credit limits, monitor aging, and ensure accurate documentation. Strong SAP and Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in business-to-business credit and collections, customer credit analysis, chargebacks/deductions, or accounts receivable.
• Experience evaluating customer credit, working with external credit agencies, and making or supporting credit limit and payment term recommendations preferred.
• Experience with SAP and customer portals (such as Walmart, Costco, Target, Amazon, etc.) preferred; strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts for collections, credit risk, chargeback resolution, and account maintenance.
• Contact customers by phone and email to secure payment and resolve issues delaying payment.
• Review and reconcile invoices, payments, and deductions; coordinate with Cash Applications for accurate application.
