Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Chargeback Analyst to manage distributor chargebacks and tracings for US/Canada. You will build relationships with distributors and leaders, analyze data, resolve issues, and generate monthly reports while leveraging Power BI and other systems to drive decision making.

You will work cross-functionally to identify root causes, maintain metrics, and mentor teammates, ensuring accuracy and timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Intermediate-level Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience working with information systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to audit analytics and processes.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming US and Canadian sales data submissions (chargebacks/tracings).
• Develop and maintain partnerships with distributors and sales leaders to resolve issues.
• Maintain monthly metrics and reports for distributors.
• Research and resolve complex chargeback issues across departments.
• Leverage Power BI and other systems to analyze data and support decisions.
• Share key performance metrics with leaders monthly.
• Collaborate, train, and mentor team members as needed.
